What is your return policy?

Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed in any way; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 14 days of purchase. ​

We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where item(s) ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items and will be credited to the same payment method used.

Do I have to return the complete order?

No, you do not need to return your complete order, only the items that you do not wish to keep.

When will I know you have received my return?

You will be notified via email once your returns is received by our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 days from when you post it back (busier periods may take longer)

How long will my refund take?

We will email you to confirm once your return is received by our warehouse and another email to confirm once the refund is processed. The money should return to your account within 1-5 business days from the date of processing

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON “CHANGE OF MIND” ITEMS

No ‘change of mind’ returns allowed on sale items. For more information on sale product returns, please contact us.

Will you refund my delivery charges?

If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
